Price quoted above does not include applicable 5% sales tax and 2% lodging tax. Rates are based on availability and are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher than our standard rates.
*During golf season at the Valley View Golf Course (the new 18 hole Johnny Miller Course) guests are entitled to a FREE twosome golf pass, per day. Restrictions apply for holidays & weekends. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you wish to golf, so that we can give your reservation info to the Golf Clubhouse. You are responsible to arrange your tee-times, etc. Please visit our Golf page for info about the golf course such as golf pass restrictions/rules, Pro-shop phone number & cart rental rates.
The Mountain Inn is NOT a motel. We are “rent by owner” condos. Advanced reservations are required. Each condo is individually owned. At times it may be necessary to move guests around to a different condo from the one that they were originally scheduled in, in order to maximize the number of reservations that we can accommodate. Therefore, your condo number is subject to change. Should this occur, guests will be moved to a similar (same size & same rate) condo and notified by email and/or phone.

All reservations secured by credit card. Your card will be charged at the time of check-in, and your receipt will be emailed to you after your checkout. Credit card information is required to hold your reservation. If you neglect to return your condo key, we will charge your card to cover the cost of lock and key replacement. On occasion, such as a holiday or event weekend, full payment may be required at the time of reservation, at the condo owner’s discretion.
Guests must cancel your reservation 48 hours (winter) or 72 hours (summer) prior to your reservation, or their credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Guests must also give the same amount of notice to decrease the number of nights reserved. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged for the full reservation.
NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO OPEN FLAMES
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. $250.00 will be automatically charged for the following: if you have a pet on the premises or if smoking occurred in the cabin (this includes the front door entrance). All of our cabins are smoke free and pet free. We also have a strict “no open flames” (candles, incense, etc.) policy. Failure to comply with these policies will result in charges to your credit card to pay for cleaning and/or damages, regardless of the amount. The renter giving us his/her credit card information acts as the agreement to abide by these policies.

We do not clean daily. For weekly or long term renters, mid-week cleaning of condominium units is available upon request, for an additional charge. Our checkout procedure (posted in the condos and in the guest’s confirmation email) must be followed — no exceptions. Prior to departure, the condo must be left in a clean and orderly condition. Please wash the dishes, put used sheets, pillowcases, and towels in laundry basket and place by the front door, remove and tie up all garbage (including cigarette butts or other trash around the outside of the condo. Please lock the condo and leave the key (if applicable) in the lock box. A cleaning fee of $30.00 will be charged for units left in an unclean or disorderly condition. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged for units with spills/stains on furnishings (i.e. furniture, carpet, bedding, towels).
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m. Checkout is 11:00 a.m. Please make sure you are out by this time, and that you have completed our simple check-out procedure (posted in condos) to avoid late charges.
Lessor shall not be liable for any injury or damage that may be sustained by the person or property of Lessee, or any other persons or property, including Lessee’s guests. Lessee agrees not to do or suffer anything to be done by which persons or property on or about or adjacent to the rental property may be injured, damaged or endangered. Use of the property for public recreational purposes is subject to Wyoming Code, Limitations of Liability of Land owner.
Occupancy includes adults, children and infants. The maximum occupancy for the cabins shall not be exceeded. We do not allow sleeping on the floor (no air mattress, sleeping bags, etc.). Our facilities (i.e. hot tub, pool, free golf passes) are for our guests only. We do not allow people (campers, guest of other hotels, etc.) staying off-site to use the facilities. Tents and RV’s are not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exceeding or breaking any occupancy rules is reason for immediate eviction without refund.
No lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk. Parents are responsible to watch their children. No children under 16 years old allowed, without a parent. Pool and hot tub opens and closes at approximately 9am and 9pm daily. Guests who remove the pool cover or tamper with the pool and/or hot tub heating controls will be fined $100.
